Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Stream Levels. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at streamlevels@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not charge a restocking fee, and all items are eligible for return — there are no final sale exclusions.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
